Face the Facade
Too often things are not what they seem to be. Have a look at this industrial set of iron pipes and bricks I have to pass every day I walk to work at EEBio.

Do-not-enter Entry to what?
Why are all those people breaking the "do not-enter" rule!? Would you expect a lively intellectual hub behind that wall? It is called Loyola University (named after Spanish Saint) and it truly feels like you are Alice from Wonderland who fell into rabbit hole because this how it looks like behind the do-not-enter entry:
Life has a way to keep good things hidden away these rusty pipes seem to say. The fake things, on the other hand, tend to be well-manicured.
How to tell apart fake from not fake in present post-truth world? Not sure. Science? Very likely. Many may say that off-putting bible is a fake too but I managed to gather some good intelligence there on that very issue of fake-ness: "Beware of false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?" (Mathew 15:17).
